Corn Salad For Picnics
This is great for picnics, but I feel it is also a good addition to Easter Dinner or Church Pot-luck, etc.
REMEMBER TO LET IS CHILL OVER NIGHT
BEFORE ADDING THE SLICED PLUM TOMATOES!
This salad WANTS black pepper :)

- white shoe peg corn
- 3 bunch
- green onions (sliced)
- 3 Tbsp
- helmans mayonaise
- plum tomatoes, sliced
- salt & pepper to taste :)
1Place drained corn in mixing bowl with all the sliced green onions and a dash of salt and good shake of pepper, add the mayonaise (little or more as desired) mix well and refrigerate covered over night. The next morning, slice and add the tomatoes, stirring gently. This is so yummmy
Enjoy with any picnic (keep chilled till ready to eat)
