2 cups/500ml water
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
2 dashes of Tabasco
¾ cup/120g brown rice
2 tablespoons onion, finely chopped
½ teaspoon thyme, dried
½ teaspoon onion powder
¼ teaspoon garlic powder
¼ teaspoon salt
⅛ teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
