World's Best Pimiento Cheese

I have yet to meet anyone who likes pimiento cheese who didn't love this version.

pkg cream cheese, softened
3 clove
garlic, minced
1/4 c
chopped flat-leaf parsley
6-8 dash(es)
tabasco sauce (or more if desired)
2 oz
jar pimientos, undrained
3 c
finely shredded cheddar cheese
1 c
pecan chips

Directions Step-By-Step

Combine mayo, cream cheese, garlic, parsley, and Tabasco in a food processor or blender; process until smooth. Spoon into a medium bowl. Add undrained pimientos, Cheddar cheese and pecans. Mix well, cover and refrigerate at least 4 hrs or overnight.
