This is originally from a church cookbook that I edited some years ago called St. Leo Cooks. Submitted by: Pat Birdsell

It's a good seasoning for cooked vegetables or fish. You can also spread on french bread before toasting.

Ingredients

1 c
butter, softened
2 Tbsp
tarragon, fresh, minced
2 Tbsp
parsley, fresh, minced
1 tsp
chives, minced
1 clove
garlic, minced
dash(es)
pepper

1In a bowl, combine all ingredients.
2Store in refrigerator
