goat cheese (approx. 10.5 oz)
basil (to taste)
soften goat cheese on counter while you do the prep work.
dice tomatoes (keep juice too)
mix all together in bowl
refrigerate till cold will then stay cold for awhile.
when ready to serve - slice bread (not too thick) and toast.
serve bread on platter with a knife and spread so everyone can spread their own! YUM!
