- 1 pkg
- goat cheese (approx. 10.5 oz)
- 2-3 medium
- 3-4 Tbsp
- basil (to taste)
- loaf of french bread
1soften goat cheese on counter while you do the prep work.
2dice tomatoes (keep juice too)
3chop basil finely
4mix all together in bowl
5refrigerate till cold will then stay cold for awhile.
6when ready to serve - slice bread (not too thick) and toast.
7serve bread on platter with a knife and spread so everyone can spread their own! YUM!
