- confectioners' sugar or (splenda ) use bottom

- splenda and 1 tsp. cornstarch
- 3 Tbsp
- cream or 8oz. cream cheese or cool whip
1Before you make the icing if you use Splenda Powder sugar. Use do this:
1 cup Splenda sugar
1 teaspoon cornstarch
Put in the blender and put on high for 5 minutes
2Mash strawberries with a fork or potatoe masher and combine sugar or Splenda sugar using on enough cream or cream cheese or cool whip to make a smooth paste.
3Stir until smooth and spread on cake.
