Indiana Ham Salad Sandwich Spread (No Ham)

Kathie Carr

Its actually made from bologna but we always called it ham salad.

This was very popular in the 1950's and 60's in Northern Indiana. A locally owned small grocery store in our little town still makes it for their deli case and regularily sells out.

Mom made this sandwich spread at least twice a month and we never got tired of it.
