a homemade recipe for Mayo from my friend Joyce.

Ingredients

2
eggs-large organic eggs preferred
1 tsp
red wine vinegar
1/2
lemon juice, fresh
1/2 tsp
salt
1/4 tsp
white pepper ground- or black
1 dash(es)
tabasco sauce
1 dash(es)
worcestershire sauce
1 c
vegetable oil

Step-By-Step

1Combine all ingredients EXCEPT oil in a bowl. blend with a wisk, or in blender.

2Add oil very gradually in a thin stream, whisking constantly. ( using blender is better )

3adjust seasoning to taste and refrigerate, lasts for 1 week in fridge
