1Have Parkay sticks at room temperature, cut into small pieces. Put margarine into mixer or can use hand mixer.
2Add cooking oil and buttermilk. Mix until very, very smooth. Texture is very creamy and light in color.
3Place in containers, extra can be frozen. when needed it can be used at once.
