Ingredients

unsalted butter, softened

handful fresh cilantro, choped

chile pepper, seeded and chopped
1 Tbsp
lime juice
1 tsp
salt (or more to taste)
black pepper to taste

Directions Step-By-Step

Place ingredients in a food processor; pulse until well blended.

Wrap in plastic wrap and place in freezer until hard.

To serve, unwrap and cut into 1/2 inch slices. Rewrap remaining butter and store in refrigerator or freezer.
