Cilantro Chile Butter

- 8 oz
- unsalted butter, softened
- handful fresh cilantro, choped
- chile pepper, seeded and chopped
- 1 Tbsp
- lime juice
- 1 tsp
- salt (or more to taste)
- black pepper to taste
1Place ingredients in a food processor; pulse until well blended.
2Wrap in plastic wrap and place in freezer until hard.
3To serve, unwrap and cut into 1/2 inch slices. Rewrap remaining butter and store in refrigerator or freezer.
