butter or margarine
Melt butter in pan, stir in brown sugar, heat to boiling stirring constanly.
Boil and stir over low heat 2 minutes.
Syir in milk,heat to boiling,remove from heat and cool to lukewarm.
Gradually stir in sugar. Place pan in ice or cold water;Until of spreading consistency. If frosting becomes stiff, heat slighty.
