herbs de provence seasoning
One of my all time favorite seasonings. I use it in savory baking , roasting pretty much anything, on fish and I even added a couple of Tbsp's to a bottle of vodka one year.

Ingredients For herbs de provence seasoning

2 Tbspdried savory

2 Tbspdried rosemary

2 Tbspdried thyme

2 Tbspdried basil

2 Tbspdried marjoram

2 Tbspdried italian parsley

2 Tbspdried lavender flowers (optional but i love the addition)

1 Tbspfennel seed

1 Tbspdried oregano
-
1 Tbspdried tarragon
How To Make herbs de provence seasoning

1Grind rosemary and fennel seed in a spice grinder; transfer to a mixing bowl.

2Stir savory, thyme, basil, marjoram, lavender, parsley, oregano and tarragon with the rosemary and fennel.

3Store in an air-tight container between uses.
