Ingredients

1/2 c
unsalted butter, room temp
1 Tbsp
freshly grated parmesan cheese
1 clove
garlic, minced
2 tsp
minced fresh parsley,minced
2 tsp
fresh chives
2 tsp
fresh dill or 1/4 tsp dried dill
dash
white pepper

Step-By-Step

1Beat the butter in a small bowl with an electric beater until it is light and fluffy. Use a rubber spatula
to fold in the remaining ingredients.

2Variation
Substitute other fresh herbs (up to 4 teaspoons), such as basil or thyme, for the chives and dill weed.

3Makes 1/2 cup
