Fire Roasted Red Pepper & Garlic Mayo Or Dip

I came up with this recipe by tasting as I turned out to be mighty tasty ...I know once it is refrigerated for a day or two, it will be even husband is going to love it on his burgers and sandwiches...I think it could even be used as a dip...enjoy!

Update: This spread does make a delicious veggie sis and mom came to visit and we tried it on sliced cucumbers and cauliflower...delish! Mom took what was left with her...guess that's saying something...

3/4 c
3 oz
roasted red pepper in jar - what i used would be equivalent to 1 whole pepper.
2 clove
1/2 tsp
each - salt & pepper or to taste
1/4 tsp
thyme, dried
1 Tbsp
dried parsley


Step 1 Direction Photo

1Place everything into a food processor and pulse until peppers are finely chopped and garlic is minced.

Place in an enclosed container and refrigerate for at least 2 hours before using.
