Green Tomato Salsa

Who says green tomatoes are best fried? While I do like them that way, this is another take on the tart zing of a Southern-style salsa. It's mildly spicy and won't overwhelm your taste buds
At the beginning of tomato season most supermarkets will have green tomatoes, if not try your local farmers market, if you don't grow your own tomatoes.
This salsa pairs well with mushroom quesadilla.
