Ingredients

1 Tbsp
butter
1 Tbsp
flour
3/4 c
cabernet sauvignon
1 1/2 c
beef broth
1 pkg
knorr's homestyle concentrated beef stock
1 c
heavy cream
2 Tbsp
butter
1 Tbsp
browning sauce like gravy master

Step-By-Step

1Heat butter in skillet and add flour to make a roux and cook 1 minute.

2Add the cabernet, beef broth, and beef stock. Let simmer and reduce by half stirring occassionally

3Add heavy cream and butter whisking constantly.
Stir in browning sauce.
Serve over meat
