- ripe peaches, peeled and finely diced, or 2 1/2 cups frozen peaches,diced finely
- 6 Tbsp
- brown sugar
- 1/2 tsp
- sea salt
- 4 Tbsp
- peach nectar
1In a food processor, combine all the ingredients by pulsing briefly, retaining pieces of the peach visible in the mixture.
2Keep refrigerated, but bring it to room temperature before serving.
3Try it on hot biscuits, cornbread, pancakes, toast or waffles.
