This came from a coworker's wife, where my husband worked. At their Christmas party, I asked for the recipe. This was about 35-40 yrs. ago! Still a popular recipe, after all this time.

How To Make easy party meatballs
-
1Up to 2 days ahead, combine all ingredients. Make into small meatballs. Preheat oven to 400°F. Line baking sheet with aluminum foil, top with a rack. Place meatballs on rack over baking sheet, & bake 15-17 minutes. Remove from oven. If not using right away, cool them & refrigerate or freeze meatballs in an airtight container.
-
2When ready to serve, thaw meatballs, if frozen. I use the microwave on defrost. Then, mix sauce ingredients together in saucepan, simmering for 10 minutes. Add meatballs, and simmer, until heated through. Or, do the same in a slow cooker, adding more time. Serve on cocktail picks. Serve some crackers on the side.
