Ingredients

4 1/2 c
broth (add water or canned broth to broth from cooked meat)
5 Tbsp
flour
3 Tbsp
corn starch

Step-By-Step

1Heat broth to almost boiling.
2Remove 1/2 cup of broth and add 1/2 cup water. Stir into flour/cornstarch mixture. Blend until smooth.
3Through a small strainer to remove any lumps, pour mix back into broth, stirring constantly.
4Cook and stir until thick.
