Ingredients
- 6 tablespoons peanut oil
- 12 - mangoes- (coarsely chopped)
- 4 large spanish onions- (finely chopped)
- 6 - habanero chiles- (minced)
- 12 cloves garlic, (finely chopped)
- 6 cups apple cider vinegar
- 1 1/2 cups packed light brown sugar
- 4 tablespoons grated fresh ginger
- - salt
How To Make mango-habanero sauce

Step 1Reduce heat to medium and stir in vinegar, brown sugar, and ginger. Add salt to taste. Reduce heat to low and cook for 30 minutes.

Step 2Remove from heat and add sauce to blender or food processor. Pulse for a few minutes until sauce has thinned out.
