Ingredients For mango-habanero sauce

  • 6 Tbsp
    peanut oil
  • 12
    mangoes- (coarsely chopped)
  • 4 lg
    spanish onions- (finely chopped)
  • 6
    habanero chiles- (minced)
  • 12 clove
    garlic, (finely chopped)
  • 6 c
    apple cider vinegar
  • 1 1/2 c
    packed light brown sugar
  • 4 Tbsp
    grated fresh ginger
  • salt

How To Make mango-habanero sauce

  • 1
    Reduce heat to medium and stir in vinegar, brown sugar, and ginger. Add salt to taste. Reduce heat to low and cook for 30 minutes.

    Remove from heat and add sauce to blender or food processor. Pulse for a few minutes until sauce has thinned out.
