I threw this dressing together on a whim, when discovered I was fresh out. Needed some in a hurry, so this is what I came up with. The family loved it. It should be prepared a few hours ahead for the flavors to mesh.

Use as a dressing, or a dip as I did.

Ingredients

3/4 c
hellmanns mayonnaise
1/2 c
buttermilk
2 - 3 clove
garlic, minced
1 1/2 Tbsp
minced, sweet onion
1 1/2 tsp
dried parsley flakes
salt
to taste
1 tsp
fresh ground black pepper
1/2 tsp
rice wine vinegar
1/2 tsp
sugar
red
pepper flakes - optional - we like heat

Directions Step-By-Step

Place all ingredients in a mixing bowl, whisk until well combined. Taste to see if needs more seasoning.

Refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.
