creamy peanut butter
2 Tbsp
soy sauce - low sodium
2 Tbsp
red curry paste
2 Tbsp
lime juice
1 Tbsp
fish sauce
1/2 c
canned coconut milk
chopped peanuts, for garnish


1In a medium bowl, whisk together peanut butter, soy sauce, curry paste, lime juice and fish sauce until smooth.
2Slowly drizzle in the coconut milk and whisk until smooth and creamy.
3Serve with veggies or as a dip for grilled meats, spring rolls and more.
