A very easy and basic Guacamole that is a family favorite at our house. Putting the avocado seeds back into the Guacamole will keep it from browning as quickly before consumption.

Note - Muddling (crushing) the red onions and Cilantro at the beginning is the secret to adding some great depth of flavor!

Enjoy!

3
Add avocados and mash with a fork (or mortar and pestle) to preferred consistency
4
mix in salt, oil, lime juice, garlic, and tomatoes, adjust to taste.
