This is a Hawaiian-style hummus that is great to use as a spread on thinly sliced snack bread or as a dip for vegetables.

roasted macadamia nuts
2 c
garbanzo beans, drained
2 Tbsp
olive oil
1 Tbsp
lemon juice
3 Tbsp
water

minced garlic
10 medium
basil leaves
1/2 tsp
salt
1/2 tsp
black pepper
