Ingredients For chocolate marshmallow fondue

  • 3 1/2
    blocks (3 1/2 ounces) unsweetened baking chocolate
  • 1 1/3 c
    14 ounce can sweetened condensed milk
  • 1/2 c
    marshmallow cream
  • 1 Tbsp
    milk
  • 1 1/2 tsp
    vanilla
  • 1 Tbsp
    creamy peanut butter (optional)
  • fondue dippers (below)

How To Make chocolate marshmallow fondue

  • 1
    Combine baking chocolate and sweetened condensed milk in medium saucepan. Cook over low heat, stirring constantly, until chocolate is melted and mixture is smooth. Blend in marshmallow cream and milk. Remove from heat; stir in vanilla and peanut butter. Pour into fondue pot or chafing dish; serve warm with selection of Fondue Dippers.

    For Fondue Dippers: In advance, prepare a selection of the following: marshmallows; angel food, sponge or pound cake pieces; strawberries; grapes; pineapple chunks; mandarin orange segments; cherries; fresh fruit slices. (Drain fruit well. Brush fresh fruit with lemon juice.)
