Best Cheesy Nacho Dip!
I have used this recipe for years and it ALWAYS a hit!

- 32 oz
- velveeta type cheese
- 10 oz
- 10 3/4 oz
- cream of mushroom soup
- 1 medium
- onion diced
- 1 lb
- (to 1 1/2 lbs.) ground beef
1Cut "Velveeta" type cheese block into cubes and put in crock pot turned on HIGH so cheese begins to melt.
2Brown ground beef (if you prefer a meatier dip use 1 1/2 lbs. of ground beef) and chopped onions together.
Drain well and add to melted cheese.
3Stir in Rotel (I use the mild type but that is a matter of taste) and Cream of Mushroom soup.
Stir everything together well and keep on LOW in the crock pot for serving with Nacho Chips.
