Slow Cooker Crock Pot

Ingredients

32 oz
velveeta type cheese
10 oz
rotel
10 3/4 oz
cream of mushroom soup
1 medium
onion diced
1 lb
(to 1 1/2 lbs.) ground beef

Directions Step-By-Step

Cut "Velveeta" type cheese block into cubes and put in crock pot turned on HIGH so cheese begins to melt.

Brown ground beef (if you prefer a meatier dip use 1 1/2 lbs. of ground beef) and chopped onions together.
Drain well and add to melted cheese.

Stir in Rotel (I use the mild type but that is a matter of taste) and Cream of Mushroom soup.
Stir everything together well and keep on LOW in the crock pot for serving with Nacho Chips.
