Ree-Elle Watermelon Salsa

I had two different recipes from two different people. By tweaking, trial and error, I blended the two into one. This makes a large bowl of salsa. Good with chips or fish or chicken.

Ingredients

1/2
seedless watermelon, diced
3
nectarines, peeled and diced
1/2
red onion, diced fine
1
yellow bell pepper, diced
1
orange bell pepper, diced
6 Tbsp
orange juice
2
jalapenos, fresh, seeded and diced fine
1/2 bunch
cilantro, fresh, stems removed and chopped
2 tsp
kosher salt
1
lime, juiced

Step-By-Step

1Throw all the ingredients into a large bowl and toss it all together. Taste as you go, adjusting to your taste.

2Refrigerate for at least 2 hours to let flavors meld. Can be refrigerated overnight.

3Toss one more time before serving. Serve with chips, or on top of grilled fish or grilled chicken.
