Ingredients For ranch chicken tacos

1/2 cranch dressing or reduced-fat ranch dressing

1/4 csour cream or reduced-fat sour cream
-
1 pkgtaco seasoning mix, divided

1 Tbspmild chunky salsa or your favorite
-
2 cshredded rotisserie chicken
-
8(6 inch) corn tortillas
-
shredded lettuce
-
1 mdtomato, choppped
-
4green onions, sliced
-
1(4 oz) can sliced black olives
-
1avocado--peeled, pitted, & diced, optional
-
1 cshredded colby-monterey jack cheese, look for 2% fat cheese, if you want to continue to reduce your intake of fat grams
How To Make ranch chicken tacos

1Combine first 2 items, plus 1 tsp. taco seasoning mix and salsa, in a small bowl. Cover, and refrigerate, until serving.

2Toss chicken with remaining taco seasoning. Cover bowl loosely with wax paper or plastic wrap. Microwave chicken, until it's heated through, about 2-3 minutes.

3Warm tortillas in a skillet, for about a minute on each side, to make them pliable, Place a scoop of chicken on the tortilla, & top with lettuce and remaining items and a spoonful of the ranch dressing mixture. Makes 8 tacos for 4 servings.
