eggs
1/2 c
mexican blend shredded cheese
1 Tbsp
milk
1 Tbsp
fresh salsa
salt and pepper to taste

if prefer cook salsa in microwave 30 seconds. heat margerin in skillet. beats eggs and milk add salsa.

pour eggs and salsa in skillet when eggs set add cheese. when cheese is almost melted flip one side over then remove from heat
