1 Hr 20 Min

1 Tbsp
orange zest
5 large
oranges (seedless, peeled, and cubed)
1 Tbsp
lime juice
3 medium
tomatoes (seeded and cubed)
1 large
red onion (chopped)
1/2 c
fresh cilantro (minced)
1 large
jalapeno pepper (minced) (or to taste)
1 Tbsp
garlic (very finely minced)
1/2 tsp
each: salt and pepper
1 Tbsp
fresh ginger root (grated fine)

Directions Step-By-Step

Mix all together in a glass or stainless steel bowl. Cover and refrigerate 1 hour to chill and for flavors to blend.
*** Use more or less of any of the ingredients according to your taste. I make this and add more jalapeno to half of a batch to have two kinds of heat in the salsa.
