Ingredients For grilled corn, tomatillo & avocado salsa

3tomatillos

3 earscorn, shucked

cooking spray

1 lgavocado, peeled

1 cgrape tomatoes, quartered

1/2 cred onion, chopped
-
2 Tbspcilantro, fresh, chopped

2 Tbsplime juice

1/2 tspsalt
-
1/4 tsppepper
How To Make grilled corn, tomatillo & avocado salsa

1Preheat grill to high heat.

2Discard husks & stems from tomatillos. Place tomatillos & corn on grill rack coated with cooking spray (indirect heat); grill 8 - 10 minutes or until tender, turning frequently.

3While vegetable grill, combine avocado & next 6 ingredients in medium bowl. Cut kernels from ears of corn & chop tomatillos; add to avocado mixture. Serve immediately or cover & chill until ready to serve.
