|3 c||marinara sauce (see my other recipes)|
|1/2 c||heavy cream, at room temp|
|1/2 c||grated parmesan cheese|
In a large heavy sauce pan simmer the marinara sauce and vodka over low heat until the mixture reduces by one forth (about 20 minutes)
Stir in the heavy cream and continue to simmer over low heat until the sauce is heated through.
Remove the pan from the heat and stir in the Parmesan, salt and pepper.
Season with more salt and pepper to tastes. Serve with Penne pasta.
