THIS IS A TEXAS HOT SAUCE THAT IS QUITE POPULAR IN OUR AREA. THE ORIGINAL COOKED ON THE STOVE TOP FOR ABOUT 1 HOUR. I CHANGED BY COOKING IN A SMALL CROCKPOT FOR ABOUT 4 HOURS ON HIGH AND IT IS READY FOR THE BARBACUE.

Step-By-Step

1Put all through blender or food processor until smooth.
2Put in crockpot on high for 3 to 4 hours until thick. It will thicken more when cooling. You may have to add more water.
3It is ready to serve with chopped onion, mustard on onion, and sauce on all.
