Spaghetti Sauce

This is an easy sauce that you can make ahead and keep in the fridge

Ingredients

2 lb
lean hamburger or sausage or a combo of both

pepperoni stick (optional)

small onion, chopped
2 tsp
salt
2 tsp
pepper
2 tsp
Italian seasoning
2 Tbsp
basil aioli
2 Tbsp
parsely flakes
2 Tbsp
oregeno
2 clove
garlic, minced
4 c
tomato puree
1 c
tomato paste
1 can(s)
large can of tomatoes or tomato sauce
2 c
water
1 c
red wine
1 Tbsp
sugar
2 can(s)
mushrooms (optional)

green pepper, chopped (optional)
crushed red pepper flakes

Directions Step-By-Step

Brown meat with the onion in a small non stick frying pan.

Add all ingredients together in a large stock pot and simmer at least 3-4 hours.

Works great in a crock pot, also. cut water back by 1 cup when using the crock pot method.
