Orange Cranberry Sauce

- cranberries, fresh
- 3/4 to 1 c
- powdered sugar
- 1/2 tsp
- ground cinnamon
1Place cranberries in a non stick sauce pan.
2Zest 1 tangerine and juice both, add to pan.
3Add 3/4 Cup sugar to the pan and cinnamon.
4Cook till cranberries have popped and mixture is thickened. Stirring occasionally.
5Adjust sweetness to taste with remaining 1/4 cup powdered sugar.
