Mom's Best Barbeque Sauce
|1/4 c||cider vinegar|
Have you considered Holland House
|1 Tbsp||prepared mustard|
|1/2 tsp||ground black pepper|
|1/4 tsp||cayenne pepper|
|2 Tbsp||lemon juice|
|1||peeled and thinly sliced medium onion (i sometimes use 1 tbsp. dried, minced onion instead)|

|1/2 tsp||liquid smoke flavoring (optional)|
This sauce is really good on ribs or chicken. I don't like liquid smoke myself so I never add it to the sauce. It keeps really well in the fridge for a long time.
Similar to Kansas City BBQ sauce - spicy and a bit sweet.
You can adjust the heat to your taste by increasing or decreasing the amount of cayenne pepper.
