Melissa's Story

We love cheese and I put the cheese sauce on broccoli, nachos, macaroni and etc. It is so easy to make it. It is so delicious and creamy.

Ingredients

1 c
milk
1 Tbsp
conrstarch
2 Tbsp
water
1/2 stick
butter or margarine, cut into pieces
1 c
(4 oz.) shredded cheddar cheese
1 Tbsp
parmesan cheese
1 tsp
salt

Directions Step-By-Step

1
Put the milk in a saucepan over medium high heat. Combine the cornstarch and water, blending until smooth. When the milk gets hot, stir in the cornstarch mixture. Turn the heat to low and add the butter, both cheeses, and the salt. Cook until the cheese is melted and the sauce is heated through.
