Marsha's StoryMy son loved Shake 'n Bake when he was a kid. I wouldn't buy it, but I did make a knock off and it is as good or better than the original plus I actually know what is in the mix.
bread crumbs, dry
non-fat dry milk
paprika, sweet mild
freshly ground black pepper
garlic powder with parsley
onion flakes, dehydrated
dry mustard, i prefer coleman's
1Mix all ingredients together and store in an airtight container.
I usually give the whole mix a twirl or two in my food processor to make everything blend really well.
Place amount needed into a plastic bag, add chicken or pork and shake to coat. Proceed with your desired recipe.

Thanks it is from the internet, but looks just like my cat Paddington who is interested in all things food as you can tell from the size of him. We call him Dinky Boy. Ha, ha.
