This sauce accents any and all condiments, great on burgers, pork ribs,
chicken. Easily becomes a
go to. I like to make it a couple
days before I plan to use it so the
flavor can come together

Ingredients

3 Tbsp
molasses
3 Tbsp
ketchup
3 Tbsp
lime juice
2 Tbsp
dijon mustard
2 Tbsp
oyster sauce
2 Tbsp
rice vinegar
1 tsp
granulated garlic
1 tsp
ancho chili powder

Step-By-Step

1combine ingredients in a small saucepan and just
bring to a boil, turning down to medium heat and reduce by 1/3
2Makes enough for a couple racks of ribs,
a couple chickens, or a plate of burgers.
And will keep for a couple weeks in a sealed
container in the fridge.
