Ingredients

water
1 Tbsp
honey
1 slice
fresh gingerroot about 1 inch long
1 stick
cinnamon broken
1/2 tsp
peppercorns
1/2 tsp
ground nutmeg

whole cloves
1/2 tsp
allspice berries

Combine all in a medium sauce pan.

Bring to a Boil.

Reduce heat, let simmet 30mins

Cool, store in airtight container in the refrigrater for up to 2 weeks.
