Elvis' Special Cheese Sauce For Meatloaf

- cream of mushroom soup
- 1 c
- 1 1/2 c
- grated cheddar cheese
- 1/2 c
- fresh parsley leaves, chopped
- pimentos from jar, as desired
1Mix the milk and soup; heat over medium heat, then add the cheese. Simmer until cheese is melted. Stir chopped parsley and pimentos, if using, into the soup.
Pour sauce over the meatloaf, or pass at the table.
