1In saucepan, add water and sugar. Place over medium heat and stir to mix. Heat to boiling then reduce heat. Simmer till sugar is totally dissolved.
2Add maple and vanilla extract and stir to mix. Keep syrup warm for your pancakes or waffles!
3When cooled, store in refrigerator and use when needed/wanted. Try it on ice cream as well!
4If you want traditional Southern Sweet Tea, just leave the flavors out, cool and add as wanted to your pitcher of tea!
