Coconut Coriander Sauce

Ingredients

handful fresh coriander leaves

handful fresh mint leaves

garlic cloves, crushed

chili pepper, seeded and chopped
1
avocado, halved, pit removed
1/2 tsp
cumin
1 tsp
sugar
3 Tbsp
lime juice
7 oz
coconut milk
salt and hot sauce to taste

Step-By-Step

1Place coriander through coconut milk in a blender; pulse to puree. Add salt and hot sauce to taste.

2Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.

3Serve chilled.
