Ingredients For cheese sauce

1 cheavy cream

1/4 cdry white wine

1/4 tspkosher salt

1 1/2 cgrated cheddar cheese
How To Make cheese sauce

1In a small saucepan, over medium heat,bring cream and white wine to a simmer. Reduce heat to medium low. Cook, stirring often for 10 minutes. Stir in salt and grated cheddar. When cheese has melted, spoon over fresh steamed vegetables.
