This recipe is from my mother-in-law in the early 50's. She quite often served it with pancakes....on the family Indiana farm.
After milking time!!
Reduce heat to a simmer.
Stir constantly till it turns a bit golden.
****Careful this foams quite a bit when cooking!
Remove from heat, Cool.
Pour into jars, and refrigerate.
