Blanche tomatoes, peel and chop course. Chop onions and peppers course, add to large stock pot and boil until thick 31/2 to 4 hours.
Put in canning jars according to directions and use hot water bath method. Use on meats, great on meatloaf, pork, experiment with it. Nice sweet sour flavor.
