SWEET AND SAVORY TERRYAKI MARINADE

This Marinade is great for any cut of meat or vegetables. I Marinade Steak overnight, Chicken 4 hours, Fish, an hour.The secret is the Pineapple Juice, it acts as anatural tenderizer. This makes a great Ham glaze.

Ingredients

1 c
terryaki sauce
1/4 c
pineapple juice
1 Tbsp
honey
1 Tbsp
dijon mustard
1 Tbsp
soy sauce
1 Tbsp
chopped garlic
1 Tbsp
chopped ginger
4
scallions chopped, green and white parts included

Step-By-Step

1Whisk to combine, let sit about a half an hour to marry flavors and develop marinade.
2Store covered in refrigerator.

Marinade can also be reduced stove top to a thickened consistency to be used as a glaze on any meat including Ham!
3I also dice and alternate my marinated meats with onions, peppers and diced pineapple to creat kabobs in the summertime for the grill.
