Memphis in May Magnificent Marinade

Really good marinade to use for grilling. Also good for basting. From a handout when I was at Memphis in May Barbecue Festival.

vegetable oil
3/4 c
lemon juice
3/4 c
soy sauce
1/2 c
rose or other dry pink wine
1/4 c
worcestershire sauce
2 Tbsp
dry mustard
1 Tbsp
herb pepper
2 1/2 tsp
seasoned salt
2 tsp
fresh parsley, chopped
1/2 tsp
garlic powder

Directions Step-By-Step

Combine the first 5 ingredients in a large jar; cover tightly, and shake vigorously.
Combine the dry mustard, herb pepper, seasoned salt, parsley, and garlic powder; add to the oil mixture. Cover tightly, and shake vigorously.
Use as a basting sauce for chicken or pork during cooking.
