This is so easy and will make any cut of meat tender. We love to marinate big old porterhouse steaks in it when we go camping. It is always a treat when I pull the steaks off the BBQ. Everyone raves about them. I have tried cheaper cuts of steak and chicken or pork and it is fantastic.

pinch tips: Flour, Eggs & Breading Techniques



1/2 c
red wine vinegar
1/2 c
brown sugar
1/4 c
soy sauce
1/4 c
2 Tbsp
1 Tbsp
worcestershire sauce
1 Tbsp
1/2 tsp
garlic salt
salt and pepper to taste

Directions Step-By-Step

Mix together. Marinate steaks 24-48 hours depending on toughness. Grill to perfection!
