Combine all ingredients and store in an airtight container. To make marinade: In a pint jar or container, combine 2 Tbsp. of the mix, 2 Tbsp. of water, 2/3 cup olive or preferred oil, and 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar (or preferred vinegar).
There are lots of options with this recipe, so use your imagination. I have used raspberry balsamic vinegar and marinated whole chicken breasts for about 5 hours and grilled them. Delicious! Also, I like to add it to crushed Ritz cracker crumbs and a little melted butter for a delicious baked chicken or pork chop entree. Omit the butter and fry it if you prefer.
